Jubitz is currently seeking a is seeking an Barback for our Ponderosa Lounge! In your first 90 days, you will get to know your team, and learn standard operating procedures for your position. You will also learn about the culture and history of Jubitz, and how we strive to provide a World Class Customer Experience (WCCE) to every customer. • Wage: $21.00/hour(depending on experience)
• Schedule: Thursday - Saturday(7pm - 2am)
• Work Status: PT
• Primary Location: Portland

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations that would correspond to High School Graduate/GED proficiency, and a minimum of six months related customer service experience and/or training.
• Must be able to handle a wide variety of personalities and problem situations to achieve highest possible level of customer satisfaction. Ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in establishing and maintaining good customer relations.
• Organized, with a strong attention to detail.
• Must have a valid OLCC card and Food Handler’s license.
• Must have Valid Event Security DPSST.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand or walk for a minimum of 8 hours. Use hands and fingers for filing, to operate a computer key board, cash register, and phones. The employee is required to reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch. The employee is required to talk, see, and hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 100 pounds with the aid of a dolly. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
