Assistant Manger - Retail/Fuel

Jubitz is currently seeking a is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Driver Services fueling and retail areas! In your first 90 days, you will get to know your team, and learn standard operating procedures for your position. You will also learn about the culture and history of Jubitz, and how we strive to provide a World Class Customer Experience (WCCE) to every customer.   • Wage: Competitive salary based on relevant experience.
  • Work Status: Full-Time
  • Schedule: Primarily Swing shift(Sunday - Thursday)

  • Strong work ethic with demonstrated positive approach toward serving customers and employees.
  • Excellent teamwork skills; able to build and maintain effective trusting relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify & solve problems; develop systems and processes that create win/win situations for all parties.
  • Strong communication skills to include reading, writing, listening, & speaking.
  • Computer competency in a variety of software programs to include Microsoft Office programs, inventory management, point-of-sale software, and others.
  • Ability to handle a complex variety of tasks simultaneously while maintaining professional composure and positive approach.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, food service, and/or travel center operations required.
  • Minimum 1 year management/supervisory experience required.
  • High school degree or GED required. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or related field preferred.
  • Oregon Food Handler Card highly preferred, or able to acquire within 30 days.

This position functions in a busy customer service setting spread across a large area. The employee will be required to move continuously as they interact with customers, supervise employees, assist with shift duties, operate a computer, and communicate verbally and in writing. Variable hours/on-call demands are sometimes necessary.
