Service Advisor

Department: Jubitz Truck Service Center
Location: Portland, OR

Jubitz is currently seeking a Service Advisor to add to our Jubitz Service Center! In your first 90 days, you will get to know your team, and learn standard operating procedures for your position. You will also learn about the culture and history of Jubitz, and how we strive to provide a World Class Customer Experience (WCCE) to everyone, including employees, and through our efforts, we were named a Top Workplace in Oregon 7 years in a row! We are looking for a motivated, punctual, and hard-working person.

The Service Advisor acts as a liaison between customers in need of vehicle repairs or maintenance and the service center shop technicians. Provides written estimates to the customer including time for job completion, assigns work order to appropriate service technician, and prepares the customer's final bill. Conducts company business with stated goals to increase customer satisfaction and revenue, while executing sales programs on behalf of the company in a professional manner and with a whole company approach.

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Work Status: FT
  • Primary Location: Portland

Qualifications & Experience

  • Service writing experience strongly preferred.
  • Must possess a valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver's License with a clean three-year driving record.
  • Computer competency at intermediate or proficient level with software programs to include Microsoft Office.
  • Proficient cash handling skills with prior successful experience working a cash register required.
  • Demonstrated ability to create positive business outcomes and facilitate successful problem resolution.
  • Excellent communication skills to include reading, writing, listening, & speaking.
  • Demonstrate integrity and ethical standards.
  • Ability to follow all established safety standards.
